Your order data never leaves your computer. OrderPort processes everything locally in your browser and has no servers that receive, store or analyze your shop data.
OrderPort reads the order and inventory information visible on your own seller pages (Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central), only when you click Sync, and turns it into analytics, forecasts and files that stay on your computer.
Subscriptions are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. When you start a trial or subscribe, ExtensionPay stores your email address and payment status so the extension can verify your license. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us. See the ExtensionPay privacy policy and the Stripe privacy policy.
The extension stores your preferences, a local copy of your synced orders and inventory (for analytics, forecasts and stock planning), and any product pages you save to your watchlist, in your browser's extension storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is removed when you uninstall the extension. Watchlist entries contain only information visible on the public product page you chose to save.
We operate from Finland and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Since we do not hold your data on any server, most requests (access, deletion) can be fulfilled simply by uninstalling the extension. For payment-related data requests, contact us and we will coordinate with ExtensionPay/Stripe.
