The short version

Your order data never leaves your computer. OrderPort processes everything locally in your browser and has no servers that receive, store or analyze your Etsy data.

What the extension does

OrderPort for Etsy™ reads the order information visible on your own Etsy seller pages — only when you click "Export" — and converts it into a CSV file that is saved directly to your computer.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect, transmit or store your Etsy order data, customer data or emails.
We do not track your browsing activity.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers inside the extension.
We do not sell any data to third parties.

Data processed for payments

Subscriptions are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. When you start a trial or subscribe, ExtensionPay stores your email address and payment status so the extension can verify your license. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us. See the ExtensionPay privacy policy and the Stripe privacy policy.

Local storage

The extension stores your preferences (such as selected CSV columns) and, for the sales analytics dashboard, a local copy of your exported orders in your browser's extension storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is removed when you uninstall the extension.

Your rights (GDPR)

We operate from Finland and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Since we do not hold your data on any server, most requests (access, deletion) can be fulfilled simply by uninstalling the extension. For payment-related data requests, contact us and we will coordinate with ExtensionPay/Stripe.
